Spirulina, used medicinally in ancient times is one of the oldest life forms on earth. Loaded with protein and high in antioxidants. It is a complete protein with 60-70% protein by weight and is rich in Vitamins A, C, D,E, and B Vitamins, including B-12 which is not usually found in vegetable sources.
